Refreshing and delicious chutney - a gem of a recipe from my Asram in Rishikesh, India.

Try something new and different - this chutney/sauce surprises in taste and is fantastic

for all Indian dishes, for naan bread, salads, papadums and other kinds of snacks!

Make it from dew-fresh herbs so that it contains prana/energy frequency that energizes your body! Always use organic fresh ingredients for Vedic cooking!

Small portion

Mix all ingredients in a blender:

250 g fresh mint and coriander leaves (mix)

2 tomatoes

1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin seeds (or 1/2 teaspoon powder)

1 tablespoon grated ginger

1 green chili

1 tablespoon lemon juice

- a little salt

Enjoy!
