Ayurvedic "high prana" smoothie - with orange and almond milk

Prana is energy! All living things contain prana. The fresher your ingredients are for the food/drink you consume - the more prana you add to your body.
Prana helps the body recover, heal, and maintain cells.
The unit of measurement for frequencies in food is called Angstroms.
Here is an easy super delicious Ayurvedic High Prana Drink.

You will need
2 oranges,
A sprig of mint,
2.5 dl almond milk or other plant milk.
- a splash of maple syrup or
5 dl water
Homemade almond milk tastes heavenly: Let 2 dl. almonds soak in water overnight. Grind almonds and put them in your blender with a pinch of salt, 1 tsp. honey and start with 2 dl of water. When it is blended evenly, add about 3 dl more water while you are blending. You can adjust how thick you want the milk with water.
